Sukkersøtt - Utfordring # 18 - Rosa julekort

Denne uken er utfordringen hos Sukkersøtt å lage et julekort, og det skal være rosa!
Rosa er jo en heller utradisjonell farge når det kommer til jul, men hos meg passer rosa inn hvor som helst, så dette var morsomt!

This week the challenge at Sukkersøtt is to make a Christmas card, using the colour pink. This is a rather untypical Christmas colour, but as I love the colour pink, I had a lot of fun making my card.

Bursdagskort

Jeg har fått i oppdrag å lage et bursdagskort til en prest!

Jeg gjorde meg noen tanker om hvordan jeg ville ha det til å begynne med.

Men siden jeg vet hvem hun er, og vet at hun ikke tar så tungt på ting, tillot jeg meg å bruke Tilda med englevinger på kortet:)

Jeg henter mye inspirasjon fra Claudia for tiden, innsiden ble til etter å ha sett alle de fine innsidene hun har laget.

I've been asked to make a birthday card for a priest!
I mused a lot before I started making it, but finally I got something together, I think she won't mind me using the Tilda with wings:)
I get a lot of inspiration from Claudia, the inside was made after admiring her beautiful insides.

Cute Card Thursday - Snow + Snowflakes

I made a Christmas card for my aunt, and as she loves cats I had to add one:)
I played with some glitter and glass sugar to get some texture on the trees and the fence.

Ukens utfordring går ut på å lage en julegavepose med minimum én tilhørende til/fra-lapp.

Jeg lagde en julegavepose med plass til noe smått i.

Jeg fylte min med serinakaker, men jeg har sett andre fylle den med drops og diverse, så her er alt mulig.
Posen er laget etter Blessing Mix box tutorial fra SCS, du finner YouTube tutorialen her.

Jeg la også ved oppskriften på serinakakene, om de skulle smake så godt at den som får gaven vil har flere:)

I loved playing with this, it's absolutely fabulous!!

This is how my card turned out, not a typical Christmas card, but I wanted to use those cute buttons I bought that other day.

BasicGrey Challenges - Challenge 10 ~ Glitter

This week at BasicGrey Challenges we are asked to show some glitter on our creations.
"This week we would like you to get all sparkly with your creations and show some glitter on your work"
I made a Christmas card, and used glitter on the wings of Tilda, but unfortunately it doesn't show that well on the picture, but it really sparkles.

Trina has made a wonderful sketch for this week's challenge at A Spoon Full of Sugar.

I find this sketch great, and I'm so glad I tried it, as I never would come up with something like this myself. I think I might use this sketch again for one of my other christmas cards.

Sukkersött Utfordring # 15 - Skisse # 4

Denne uken har Anita laget en kjempefin skisse til ukens utfordring hos Sukkersött.

Og hva lagde jeg ut i fra denne skissen...et julekort:) Julen nærmer seg med stormskritt, og jeg er ennå ikke ferdig med halvparten av kortene som skal sendes ut, men det ordner seg nok på et vis. Jeg får ta en av de kommende helgene til bruk.
